A word from the founder
Breakthroughs happen when worlds that never talk to each other finally meet.
One day, an innovation leader at NASA told me: “What frustrates us is that we invent, but we don't know how to put our inventions to work with other industries. We are in a tunnel.”
Every time you take a photo with your phone, you use one of those inventions: the image sensor, designed at NASA in the 1990s to shrink the cameras of space probes. NASA did not capture that value. The smartphone industry did.
That sentence never left me. For ten years — as an inventor, inside large groups, in strategy consulting, and around closed-door tables with leaders who trust me — I have been bringing together worlds that don't talk to each other.
EXECINNOV turns that practice into a company: AI-native strategies we de-risk, top executives we convene, and the next unicorns we build with them.
Every industry hides its next unicorn. Its top executives see it first. My job is to bring them to one table — and build it together.
