As a Senior Strategy-to-Execution Consultant, you will lead engagements and act as a trusted advisor to C-level clients. You will be responsible for guiding multidisciplinary teams, shaping recommendations, and ensuring execution impact across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from strategic framing to execution delivery, ensuring measurable impact.

• Structure and oversee problem-solving, driving clarity on critical issues and execution pathways.

• Develop and validate recommendations through financial modeling, benchmarking, and operational diagnostics.

• Manage multiple workstreams and junior consultants, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

• Engage directly with C-level leadership to influence decisions and secure alignment for execution.

• Design and monitor execution roadmaps, ensuring strategies are implemented effectively on the ground.

• Conduct advanced foresight and ecosystem analysis, connecting market and technology insights to client priorities.

• Contribute to business development by leading proposals, pitches, and participation in ExecINNOV Club forums and events.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–10 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or innovation leadership (experience at a top-tier consulting firm or leading industrial group preferred).

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects from design to execution.

• Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience with technology strategy, innovation management, operating model design, or large-scale transformation.

• Strong executive presence, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead teams effectively.

• Fluency in English and French.
